Central Christian Academy is excited to announce our new preschool (K4) teacher, Meg Polk. Meg earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ohio State University in 1983. Over 22 years and seven family moves, she home schooled her four children and was very involved in the home school community. Meg has been an Awana leader and has continued to be a Children’s Church teacher and active member in each church she and her husband, Jack, have attended. My husband and I with our two daughters live in Fredonia where we are members of Family Church. Besides school our family keeps busy serving In church and running our family fruit farm. Hello ! My name is Kim Kachelmeyer and I am the new kindergarten teacher for CCA. I am very excited to begin my first year teaching at CCA and cannot wait until the year begins. I graduated from Fredonia State College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. A first grade long-term substitute teaching position opened in Ripley, and I was able to gain more teaching experience as I remained in the position until the end of the year. Shopping for school supplies can be a chore or it can be a way to help your kids get excited for the new school year. It's all about how you approach it. You can turn it into a fun scavenger hunt and give your kids parts of the list to find at the store. Of course you they need appropriate supervision while doing this. The CCA School Committee is pleased to announce we have a new school principal, Cynthia (Cindi) Massaro. Cindi has a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Education from Rutgers University. Her educational experience includes public school, home school, private tutoring, and serving on the school committee. She is a certified Biblical Counselor and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical counseling through Faith Bible Seminary. At the end of year Awards & Graduation Program, Central Christian Academy celebrated and thanked Mrs. Stephanie Pollok for thirty-two years of ministry at the school as teacher and principal. Mrs. Pollok is retiring from CCA and will enjoy spending more time with her family and grandchildren.

Dear CCA Parents, This is our last full week of school. Just a few announcements and reminders. Class Awards and Kindergarten Graduation will take place Tuesday, June 18th at 1:00 pm in the church auditorium. This will be followed by a cookie and punch reception in Leiby Hall. If you have signed up to bring cookies, please drop them off the morning of the program. No hot lunches will be served on Tuesday, June 18th.
