For over forty years, Central Christian Academy (CCA) has offered a high quality, Christian education for the families in our community and seeks to continue its growth and impact on the lives of our students and their families. Our school is a ministry of First Baptist Church – Dunkirk, NY (FBC) and follows the beliefs and conduct of the church. The school is under the authority of the Pastor of FBC as superintendent, the CCA Committee and the FBC Deacons.

After reviewing your applications, we may contact you for an initial interview with the Principal. If there is an opening for which you may qualify, we will contact you to schedule an interview with the school committee. Open Positions
- Substitute Teachers
This person would be on a calling list and ready to work for one or more days at CCA with relatively short notice. The school day for substitute teachers would typically be 8 am to 2:30 pm in your assigned classroom with a break for lunch. - Lunch Room Aides
This person would work in the CCA lunch room Monday- Friday from 11:20 – 12:45 as an Aide. This person would assist children with lunches, helping with packing up, cleaning the tables, and sweeping the cafeteria floor. - Elementary Classroom Teacher
An ideal candidate has classroom teaching experience; works well with children; has lots of patience and love; views teaching in a Christian school as a ministry to our students and families. The schedule is 7:55 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.

Children & Youth Safety Policy
Purpose: We seek to establish proper preventative measures to protect the children and young people entrusted to our care. This policy also provides specific courses of action in the case of any allegations or an actual incident regarding sexual misconduct.
Standard of Conduct: All workers, volunteer, paid, full-time and part-time, of First Baptist Church and Central Christian Academy are required to comply with the established policy on safety. Any actions contrary to the church and school policy will be dealt with swiftly and may include disciplinary measures up to and including termination, as well as legal ramifications when applicable.
